Today’s choice has a history that may have had a spark at WHFR!
Philby Award winning artists, Joe Kidd and Sheila Burke, met at the station on a show hosted by DJ Lynn Grunst, called “No Boys Aloud.” (Apparently, Joe was an exception!)
From that little moment of serendipity, a romance blossomed!
“Secret Recipe,” from the album “Everybody Has a Purpose,” with its Neil Diamond seasoned rhythm and melody, paints a song about young love, or about being young at heart!
