Wednesday’s “Theme Attic” with Phil Maq from 2PM-4PM EDT will feature some subjects I’ve never done before!
The overall theme is Spring cleaning. I’ve thought of doing this plenty of times, but always went in another direction. Well, this time it gets nailed down!
And when I say “spring cleaning,” I’m referring to digging deep on my mp3 player to play songs and artists that have been on it for years!
Now, I’m not going to feature music that just couldn’t make the grade on my other shows.
Nosiree!!!
I wouldn’t waste anyone’s time if I didn’t think they were good or great!
This way everyone gets to enjoy them–not just me!
In the process, it will make room for new music to be worked into other shows!
There will also be themes on “chance,” “second,” and by the time “The Top 9 at 3:09” we all might get a chance to “shake” it!
Songs by artists on the show will include Steve Sterner & Sundown, Josh Taerk, Mike Ward: PsychoSongs, Mollywop, The Rifters (Their album cover for “Architecture of a Fire” is in the lower left corner of the banner!), Gemma Ray, Happy Curmudgeons, Mavis Staples, Wendy Webb, George Stephen Kelly (His album cover for “The Power, The Glory, and The Monkey Time: Redux 2020” is in the upper left corner of the banner!), Lee Ann Atwell, Alison Edberg Nyquist, Linda Hicks, Joe Peters & Friends, Erin Zindle, Katherine Moller, Tracy Kash, Tom Curless and the 46%, The Emmylous (The back of their self-titled album is in the lower right corner of the banner!), Scott Baker, Dwight Yoakam, Warriors, Zombies, and Other Joedai Pilgrims (Scott Greeson Music, Joe Peters & Friends), Calvin Becker, Mick Clarke, Chris Youlden, Tin Sparrow, Steve Gilbert (His album cover for “Hempstead Highway” is in the upper right corner of the banner!) and maybe more!!!
Please join me, Phil Maq, Wednesday from 2PM-4PM EDT! Invite a friend, or a shelter dog and tune in to 89.3 WHFR.FM in the Dearborn-Detroit area! Or listen anywhere with this special link I found when I was doing some cleaning for the show: https://www.whfr.fm/streamer/!!!
