I don’t know why, but I seem to be paying more attention to music with religious references.
It could be that I’m thinking about my own mortality, or that for the past year and a half, staring into the jaws of a pandemic makes one think about it more often.
I’ve never done a gospel show, and I’m not this time either.
I think?
However, I will be playing songs with religious references on my Judgement Day “Theme Attic Show,” Wednesday, with Phil Maq, from 1PM-4PM EST!!!
I figure one way or another, some kind of reckoning will have to happen anyway.
Don’t worry. I’ll still have a mixture of musical styles.
I mean, the Top 9 at 2:09 won’t quite follow the theme!
Plus there will be 18 artists with connections to Southeast Michigan!!!
But if this isn’t your kind of “chalice,” I’ll understand.
Just come back next week when my theme changes!
