In honor of Thanksgiving Day, and the fact that I am not a fan of eating turkey, here’s a song for all of the vegetarians out there who must be going crazy out there today. Here’s Joanie Leeds and The Nightlights doing “Tofurky Song”
Bruce Springsteen [Hall of Fame] caused a bit of a stir–not of his own making, when he sang “Fortunate Son,” a John Fogerty, Creedence Clearwater Revival song with Dave Grohl, and Zack Brown at this year’s “Concert of Valor.” He’s been covering this song since it came out some 45 years ago, but for some reason uninformed commentators–who know nothing about music, decided to make an issue of it. This video is for people that you have to sit next to at Thanksgiving Day dinners whose brains are smaller than the one that was in the turkey!:
Continuing the previous description, it’s not a Thanksgiving Day without hearing Paul Thorn doing “I Don’t Like Half the Folks I Love.” (But ya gotta love them!) HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!!
