I’ve always enjoyed reading articles about music.
I enjoy writing about music.
Up until last year, (2020), I never found the time to begin to catalog my own ideas about the greatest music ever recorded.
I mean, it’s a daunting task, in general, to describe through words–the greatest music.
However, after having written many posts about many songs, I finally feel that I may have enough articles to provide a fuller picture of what I’m trying to accomplish.
My approach is to be as personal as I can be, drawing from memories of events and experiences.
I’m also trying to avoid talking about the most obvious songs, although those will eventually appear on the list, too.
I don’t expect the reader to agree with me on every song.
In fact, I would be stunned if that were to happen for anyone!
And it’s OK to disagree with a choice.
The only thing I ask before someone disagrees is to read my post first because I lay out my reasons why I think a song is Great.
But, as with most of my posts, there will be several songs and artists that wouldn’t be considered “mainstream,” yet their music will deserve a placement next to the other classics!
It’s the reader’s opportunity to find new artists to explore!
Pleasant reading (And listening)!!!
