This will be a personal weekly Top Ten list of what I consider to be the best videos currently available on TV. I don’t, as a rule, go searching for old music videos, so that’s why it will focus mostly on current or recent videos. For this category, I am also going to include any live performances on talk or variety shows that I see during the week.

1) “Sparks Fly”—Out of all the best videos out there right now, even though I’ve watched this one so many times, I like it better than any the other ones! Taylor climbs back to the top spot! (However, I do think “Mean” is the better video………….)
2) “Red Solo Cup”—Oh, come on now! How can you not like a video where a guy urinates into a cup and then passes it on to his buddy to drink?!!!
3) “Criminal”—Whoooo! Let’s hear it for showers!!!
4) “We Owned the Night”—I still like the video, but the song is definitely better….
5) “Paradise”—The African scenery in the video is so beautiful!
6) “A Thousand Years”—Alright. I’m starting to worry about this one. Where are all the “twihards” that should push this one to the top……………………………
7)”The One That Got Away”—Oh, gosh. It took Katy all day to put on the make up for this video. Boo hoo! Yeah, like I believe that one. However, having said that, it’s an interesting video with a catchy song……….
8) “To All the Friends I’ve ‘Unned’ Before”—Brad Paisley, a master of satirical songs, pulls his buddy Darius Rucker in for a spot on cover of Willie Nelson & Julio Iglesias’ “To All the Girls I’ve Loved Before” for Jimmy Kimmel’s “National Unfriend Day” or “NUD” for short!
9) “Without You”—A cool video and song of Pangea in reverse!
10) “I Got You”—A very confident and rocking performance of this song since I last saw them perform it live in May at the Hoedown! Of course, it wasn’t 40 degrees either……..
