My Favorite Wedding Videos: Little Big Town, Billy Idol, and Sultans of String!!!

Before they really hit it big, Little Big Town released this awesome video of “Little White Church” (Greatest Video), [Favorite Song of All Time], a few years ago. The shady goings on at the wedding event compliments the incredible swamp rock of the song! The lead guitar and bass are just great! I have watched this video hundreds of time and will still watch it whenever I come across it!:

Another of the Greatest Videos is Billy Idol’s “White Wedding!” Billy had just come off of his stint with Generation X and desperately needed a hit. The visuals in the video along with the screaming vocals of the song were even to give him and his new fans what they wanted. The visual of the hammer and nails accompanied by the drum accents hits my soul every time I see it!

Let’s finish on a positive note about weddings. I have used the Sultans of String video for “Will You Marry Me,” a song that violinist Chris McKhool wrote for his wife, before on Valentine’s Day. But it also belongs with all effervescent wedding songs!:
