The Chinese New Year was a few days ago, and it is the Year of the Earth Dog! (Tht’s the cute little guys in the upper corners!)
So, Wednesday morning’s “Theme Attic” with Phil Maq from 10AM-12 Noon ET is going to the dogs. Literally! In fact, as a tribute to our furry friends, it will only be broadcast at a frequency that they can hear, so there’s no reason to listen…

Of course, there’s plenty of reasons to listen as I salute our furry friends through music, as well as a few songs from bands with show’s in town this week!!! There will be new music from Jason Hawk Harris, The Well Wishers, The Show Ponies, as well as songs I haven’t played before by The Potter’s Field, Deadmen, THE BROTHERS GROOVE, Oginalii, Deni Bonet, and songs by classic artists like ELVIS PRESLEY, The Everly Brothers, Johnny Cash, Stylistics, Rufus Thomas, George Bedard and the Kingpins, Johnnie Johnson, Otis Redding, AC/DC, Patti Page, Adam and the ants, and many more!!!
Tune in to 89.3 FM (89.3 WHFR.FM) in the Dearborn-Detroit area, and more than likely, you’ll have to use Echo or Tune In Players to stream it.
