You might be familiar with singer/songwriter John Ford Coley as a solo artist, but I’m pretty sure you remember him as part of the duo known as England Dan and John Ford Coley as they had several songs that were in constant rotation on radio for decades!
John is making an appearance thus Friday March 22 at the Green Wood Coffee House in Ann Arbor, and he’ll be chatting with Phil Maq on Wednesday morning’s “Theme Attic” from 10AM-12PM EDT!!!
The show will also have the final installment of this winter’s 2019 New Music Showcase!!!
Yes, it will still be winter until 5:58 PM, and I hate to get technical, but it is!
On top of that, and as far as I’m concerned, tonight will be a full moon whether we can see it or not, so there will be a few songs about that wonderful celestial orb!!! Songs by other artists on the show should include Kenny Parker Band (Their album cover for “Hellfire” is touching the moon in the banner.), Boz Scaggs, The Chordaes, Transit Method, Diana Chittester (Her album cover for “Paradox” is in the upper right corner of the banner.), Ray Bonneville, Bruce Katz, Danny Schmidt (His album cover for “Standard Deviation” is on the bottom row of the banner on the right.), Dirty Mind Detroit, Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers, TR3 featuring Tim Reynolds, and more!!!
Come on along for the ride and tune in to 89.3 FM (89.3 WHFR.FM) in the Dearborn-Detroit area, stream it anywhere in the world with this special “Nights Are Forever” link : https://whfr.fm/streamer/ (Press the “Listen Live Now” button), or use TuneIn Player or RadioFM to stream it.
