Normally I do an annual “Bugapalooza Show” where I feature songs about insects.
Since I probably won’t get the chance to do one this year, I will occasionally select a song that I might play.
Today’s selection is a nice prog song by Desert Dragon from a self titled album.
I’ve had “Flying High” produced by Rush co-producer James “Jimbo” Barton on my player for a number of years.
I like the way the band translates flying “like a dragonfly” into music!
“Flying High” has a nice melody that feels light and airy!
I also really like when the drums kick in on the break near the end!
Nice fantasy guitars with great vocals!
