As we head towards the 4th of July weekend, I thought it might be nice to have a little travelin’ music.
A few years ago, Philby Award winners Green Denim, released a rockin’ self titled album!
Now, I’m not really big on remakes–unless they’re good.
There was a cover of the Canned Heat classic song, “Going Up the Country” that I find intriguing.
It replaced the flute with a slide guitar.
Throw in a nice vocal by Samantha Granrath, and you have a nice soundtrack song for going anywhere this weekend!
