The countdown of the Philby Hot 100 Songs of 2016 continues Monday night with Pt.4. The list has 21 artists with ties to the Detroit area and/or Michigan. Some of them will be played on tonight’s “Prime Time Theme Attic” with Phil Maq, 8PM-10PM ET!
